Update: So, recently I started having hallucinations in which my conscience manifested itself as an angry Navajo with a grudge and foggy ideas of what constitutes theft and what doesn't. Being a firm believer in doing what hallucinations tell you to do, I have decided to remove I Nearly Died on that Island Yoz and its wallpaper from Kaiju Realms.
Meanwhile, in the non-hallucination world (as far as I know), The Archer is leaving next week, and he won't be back for another two years. Be sure to send him lots of flowers and stuff. Uh... yeah. I should probably start making another remix or something. Until then, here's a picture of Jenna Fischer. Stare at it.

Anyway, how much space are we using now that all those picture and audio files are off bravenet?

So, happy ending there. Now, all this shifting of files doesn't only affect the admins of this site (ANTHONY LOOK AT THE SIDE PANEL OF THE WEBSITE EDITOR. IT'S SO... CLEAN). This is a legit update. I've refined the remixes for their rerelease on Mediafire, so now I don't cringe as much when I listen to them. Except Pretty Fly for a Worm Guy. No need for redownload of that one. In fact, delete it from your computer. I hate it, haha. Other than that, yeah, redownload those refined and rereleased remixes, or all of the kids will make fun of you.
Uh... yeah... also touched up a few banners, and redid the contacts page a bit so that now absolutely everybody is guaranteed to hate their pictures. Thanks, Facebook! If you would like to complain about your picture, drop me a line in the shoutbox with a suggestion for what to replace it with. Or just, like, change it yourself, depending on who you are.

News: Well, I guess this is what I get for not making an effort to update this place for so long.
Bravenet sent an email recently to all its members. "HURF DURF WE'RE GONNA LIMIT STORAGE SPACE FOR WEBSITES TO 5 MEGABYTES" it said. Or, words to that effect. I decided to check and see how much storage space Kaiju Realms was using.
43 megs.
So, what does that mean? That means it's time for us to start pouring our stuff onto other sites. All pictures are gonna be hosted on an old PhotoBucket account we may or may not have hijacked from good ol' Space Godzilla. We love you, Aaron! Also, Imma finally go through with the whole "Moving The Remixes To MediaFire" business I said I would do waaay back in April.
Hopefully that will put us back in line with Bravenet's filesize restrictions. If not... I really don't know. I couldn't pay to support a real domain for this site even if I wanted to, but I would rather let it die and fade into obscurity forever (as if it hasn't already) than host it on Freewebs. I just don't know.
Anyway, that's basically the situation now. Will there be more legit contributions to the site in the future? Hard to say. We have to get past this first, and soon The Archer will be unable to contribute here.
Oh well. This all seems like bad news, but whatever happens, I think I can still say that I'll always enjoy making content for this little place. I just can never think of anything or get myself motivated to work on it. Hopefully overcoming this thing will get me in a better mood for making stuff for this site.
We'll just have to wait and see.
